We're here so no-one on the Mid Coast has to face their toughest moments alone. Our crisis line runs 24 hours a day, every day of the year — and it's community fundraising that keeps it that way.
It costs around $38 to answer one call. A morning tea, a workplace challenge, a birthday ask instead of gifts — it all adds up to real time on the phone for someone who needs it.

Running a bigger event, a workplace challenge, or fundraising in memory of someone? Get in touch and we'll set up a custom page suited to what you're doing.
You don't need a big event to make a difference. Some ideas from our community:
• Take on a challenge — join an existing event like the Push Up Challenge or a community cycle day, and fundraise as you go
• Mark an occasion — ask for donations instead of gifts for a birthday, wedding or anniversary
• Get your workplace involved — a morning tea, a dress-up day, or a team challenge
• Host an event — trivia night, sausage sizzle, walk or ride with mates
• Fundraise in memory of someone — a meaningful way to honour someone you've lost
These are the everyday Mid Coast locals, teams and businesses raising funds right now to keep our crisis line open. Find someone to support below, or join in and start your own page.
Tuncurry Forster Football Club has named Lifeline Mid Coast its official charity partner for the inaugural Old Tigers Mental Health Day, held this Saturday, 15 August, at the club's home ground.
The club wanted to support an organisation making a real difference locally — and every dollar raised through Lifeline Mid Coast stays on the Mid North Coast, helping keep crisis supporters trained and available, local support groups running, and community education free for those who need it.
Among the services the Tigers are backing: Eclipse, a free, confidential support group for adults affected by suicidal thoughts or a suicide attempt; Bloom, a welcoming local group for anyone feeling isolated, grieving or doing it tough; our 24/7 crisis support line; and Accidental Counsellor, a training program helping coaches, volunteers, teammates and parents recognise when someone's struggling and connect them with the right support.
Past and present Tigers, juniors through to seniors, are invited back to the club to reconnect with old teammates and support the Open Men's final home game of the season. Lifeline Mid Coast will be on the ground from 1pm with an information stall and the team taking donations, and 50% of all canteen takings on the day will go straight to Lifeline Mid Coast.
You can donate directly here or via Old Tigers Mental Health Day fundraising page
